SIMPLE MERCHANDISE RETURNS
The Horse Fly stands by its products 100%. If you're not satisfied, we're not satisfied. We will be happy to help you return your product when it falls within the guidelines below.
You may return any product within sixty (60) days of the date you received it.
Items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse cannot be returned. Gift Cards also cannot be returned.
Please send product with original packing slip, invoice or receipt along with the completed Return Form to the following address: The Horse Fly Attn: Return Shipment 1420 North 7th Street Boise Idaho 83702. You will receive a confirmation email once the package has arrived at out facilities.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCESSING
Credit Card: Upon receipt of product, if you ordered by credit card, we will credit your account within 14 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item.
Gift Card:If you paid with a Gift Card, we will mail you a refund check. If a credit card was used in combination with a Gift Card the entire amount will be refunded to your credit card.Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
