RETURNS & EXCHANGES - The Horse Fly takes every step possible to ensure your orders arrive in the best condition possible. All shipments should be inspected upon delivery, and any claim should be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. Items that are not damaged are subject to a 25% restocking fee and notification of return must be made no later than 72 hours after receipt of merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable. The end user is responsible for repackaging and return transportation. Returned items must be shipped back to The Horse Fly in its original packaging, with no signs of use or damage. Upon receipt, The Horse Fly will inspect the package for any damage and reserves the right to partially or wholly accept or deny the return.

CUSTOMER SERVICE - The Horse Fly phone number should never be given to the end user. Any questions from the end user must be directed to the Applicant. The Applicant may call or email The Horse Fly's customer service department for help with any questions.

INTEGRATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS -As a user of this website and purchaser of The Horse Fly products, with respect to all use of this website and purchases of The Horse Fly products you are bound by the additional terms and conditions set forth in the Terms of Use as may hereinafter be modified from time to time as set forth therein .
